Neck Injuries
The seven vertebrae in your neck are amongst the most important bones in the body…and need to be treated as such.
Neck injuries should be prevented and prioritised in aftercare wherever possible. These can be caused by cumulative damage through bad lifting form, a lack of core strength, or even sitting in front of a computer all day with no attention paid to the risk of RSI.
Symptoms can include stiffness, pain from slipped discs, or even severe damage such as breaks or hairline fractures.
The best way to avoid it is through due care in your routines and posture management. Or if you are nursing a long-term issue, consulting an expert practitioner as soon as possible.
